Account & billing

Log in, go to My Account → Payment methods, and edit or replace the card on file. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Yes. Go to My Account → Subscription and choose Switch to Annual. Unused days on your current month credit toward the annual total.

My Account → Subscription → Cancel. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No retention forms, no phone calls.

Courses & certificates

After completing a course’s post-test, the certificate generates instantly. Download from the course completion screen or anytime from My Account → Certificates.

Dated, signed PDF with course title, hours, completion date, and your name as registered. Formatted to Alabama Board standards.

My Account → Transcript. One-click PDF export of all your completed hours with dates and course titles.

No. You can start, pause, and resume any course in any order. Pick up where you left off on any device.

Alabama licensure & CEUs

December 31 of odd-numbered years (biennial cycle). First renewal may be prorated if you initially licensed mid-cycle.

Yes. There is no live-hour minimum. All 24 biennial hours can be on-demand if you choose.

Yes. The 2-hour Alabama PT Practice Act course is included in every subscription — no extra charge.

No. Alabama does not require upfront submission. The Board audits a random sample each cycle; keep your certificates on file.
