Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Mastery Pathways subscription. This policy explains when and how you can receive a refund.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days, email us at support@masterypathways.com for a full refund. No forms, no phone calls, no questions.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@masterypathways.com from the email address on your account. Include your order number (on your receipt) and a brief note. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. After the 30-day window

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day window. However:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past billing cycles.
  • Certificates you have already earned remain yours, whether or not you continue your subscription.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the paid term.

4. Group and clinic subscriptions

Group subscriptions are governed by the agreement signed at purchase. Refund terms may differ from the individual policy. Refer to your group agreement or email teams@masterypathways.com.

5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize, contact support@masterypathways.com immediately. We will investigate and refund legitimate duplicate or unauthorized charges within 5 business days.

6. No refund for certificates earned

A subscription refund does not void certificates already issued. Certificates reflect completed coursework and remain valid for Alabama Board CE purposes. They cannot be “returned” in exchange for a refund.
