We retain account and course-completion records for at least 7 years after account closure to comply with Alabama Board audit requirements and for your benefit in the event of a future board audit. Billing records are retained as required by tax law. You can request deletion of non-required data at any time.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of information not required for legal retention
• Export your course completion data and certificates at any time
• Opt out of marketing communications (transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active)
